Vendor Setup Info

Setup is 8:00–9:30 AM morning of the festival. Enter at the 10th Street & 3rd Avenue barricade and give your business name. Drive to your booth, unload, then immediately move your vehicle to the Pullman Square parking garages. Do NOT park in the Community Trust Bank lot — they will tow.

All proceeds and donations — including movie premiere admission — benefit the kids currently in treatment through Hoops Family Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington. Together we can make a difference for families in our region.
